    Dr. Joseph Atkinson is currently Professor and Chair of the Department of Civil, Structural, and Environmental Engineering and Director of the Great Lakes Program at the University at Buffalo. His background is in environmental fluid mechanics and he has worked for nearly 20 years on Great Lakes issues, focusing primarily on hydrodynamic and water quality modeling. He is a registered Professional Engineer in New York State.

    Dr. Michel Dupuis joined the Faculty of the Computation and Data-Enabled Science & Engineering Program and the Department of Chemical and Biological Engineering, where he is currently a Professor of Research, at the University at Buffalo in 2015.

    James R. Olson, PhD is a UB Distinquished Professor in the departments of Pharmacology and Toxicology and Epidemiology and Environmental Health, Director of the Division of Environmental Health Sciences and the Associate Director of the Toxicology Research Center for the Jacobs School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences at the University at Buffalo. In January 2010, Olson was also named the Director of the Environmental Health Sciences Division within the Department of Epidemiology and Environmental Health.

    Dr. Ernest Sternberg is currently a Professor in the Department of Urban and Regional Planning, where he had previously served nine years as Department Chair. He was also the founding Director of the MS in Real Estate Development Program at the University at Buffalo.
