When I came to UB for college the only dish that I knew how to make was scrambled eggs. It was a shame. Never was I ever so hungry in my life. My next trip home to New York City I made my mom show me how to cook some of the Spanish dishes that I grew up on like pollo guisado, and arroz con carne. Chef Zee does a great job showing you the ingredients necessary to make pollo guisado but also how to cook it correctly. Enjoy!
