How to Register

UB Intramurals utilizes IMLeagues.com to register and schedule its intramural sports leagues. IMLeagues is a website specifically designed for college intramural sports departments. A few of the features include online sign-up and scheduling, customizable team pages, message boards, and much more.

All intramural participants are required to create an account on imleagues.com.

Create an IMLeagues Account

  1. Go to http://www.imleagues.com/Schools/buffalo/registration.
  2. Enter your information using your school e-mail address (@buffalo.edu) and submit your information.
    1. If you do not have an (@buffalo.edu) email address, you may use your own and await approval from the Director for Intramural Sports.
  3. Check your school e-mail account for a confirmation email.
    1. Make sure to check your spam folder too if the e-mail is not in your inbox.
    2. If you do not receive the e-mail with your temporary password, add info@imleagues.com to your list of contacts.
    3. Go back to http://www.imleagues.com/ForgetPassword.aspx and enter your school e-mail address to have your password re-sent to your school e-mail address.
  4. Log into imleagues.com by clicking on the link at the bottom of the e-mail. You will be prompted to change your password upon your first login.
  5. After changing your password, the University at Buffalo school link will pop-up.
  6. Click “Join School

Register a Team

*It is strongly recommended that teams also appoint a co-captain. Captains and co-captains may be re-assigned at any time.

Registration Rules

  • A team has up until the roster lock date (found on imleagues.com) or noon the weekday before a game (whichever is sooner) to finalize their team roster.
    • No late players will be added and all ID numbers will be checked. 
    • A player cannot switch teams once they have played a game for any particular team.
    • A player can only play for one team per league.
  • Co-Ed teams must have 2 females participating at all times.
  • Females can play on men’s division teams. (No minimum required as with Co-Ed)
  • All other teams are open to any combination of men and/or women.
