Register for Group Fitness Classes

UB Faculty/Staff Wellness Classes

These semester-long classes will help to improve your cardiovascular fitness and endurance, as well as your balance. Classes are conducted in groups. We recommend bringing a yoga mat and water. Masks must be worn during all fitness classes. Registration is required.
