Bootcamp | This class is designed to increase both stamina and strength. Every class covers a different set of exercise, so you can be sure to have a varied workout that targets every part of your body week on week. The exercises range from bodyweight focused movements to weight and even skipping. This means you will get your heart pumping and your muscles burning all in one class. |
Cardio On Demand (OD) | This style of class offers a combination of cardiovascular exercises and muscle sculpting exercises. The class consists of different formats of exercises that depend on the fitness coach. |
Yoga On Demand (OD) | This class incorporates yoga postures, gentle movement sequences, breath work, supported silent meditation, and guided relaxation to support increased awareness and mindfulness of the breath and body, and quieting of the nervous system. |
Spinning On Demand (OD) | A spin class is a high-intensity indoor cycling workout. It consists of a group of people in a studio with a spin bike each, following directions from an instructor. |
