Classes and Workshops

This semester, we will be offering 3 unique fitness class series, taking place on North and South Campus. Classes will be held weekly following the UB academic calendar and are FREE for UB Students.

Our semester-long programming will enhance students wellness - physically, socially, emotionally and mentally!
