Recreation at the University at Buffalo is committed to boosting well-being through physical activity, offering a wide range of academic classes each semester. With about 150 classes covering activities such as dance, yoga, fitness, and more, there is something for everyone. Some courses even offer certifications, providing added value to your academic journey.
On this National Pickleball Day, we invite you to join REC112 - Introduction to Pickleball, a class designed to introduce you to one of the fastest-growing sports in the nation. This course will equip you with the fundamental skills and knowledge to enjoy this dynamic sport.
