The PSS Continuous Improvement Committee co-sponsored October's Supervisors' Learning Forum with Organization Development and Training on October 12th.
On October 12, Thom Marra from UB's Center for Industrial Effectiveness will be presenting on Selecting a Process Improvement Project. He will be covering tools for identifying wastes of time and resources in the workplace. You can learn about the "8 Forms of Waste," "Process Mapping," and "Measurements" while assembling a list of potential projects.
Mr. Marra is a certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt with over 35 years of experience working in quality and quality related fields across a board range of industries.
