Financial Management has recently revamped the "Managing Money" section of the Administrative Services Gateway website to enhance its functionality and user experience. This reorganization aims to streamline access to essential financial information and resources, making it easier for users to navigate the website. With updated content and improved layout, the new section is designed to better serve the needs of students, staff, and administrators alike.
The new Managing Money navigation organizes content by task instead of by funding source. Content from the State, Research Foundation, and UB Foundation is now consolidated into pages structured into the following categories
Why Change?
Many tasks have policies and procedures that apply to all funding sources; previously, content was duplicated on multiple pages.
The new layout will enable departments to locate information about tasks and compare different processes by funding source.
