Plant-based dairy company Edenesque is on track to reach its $1 million gross revenue goal for 2025, and founder Leslie Woodward aims for $5 million in revenue next year. To be closer to its manufacturing and distribution partners, Edenesque recently relocated its headquarters to Buffalo – a city now ranked among the top 10 most supportive in the U.S. for startups.
The company got a $175,000 investment from Launch NY and $100,000 from UB Cultivator in 2024. This year, the startup completed a $110,000 convertible note round, with follow on support from Launch NY.
Edenesque is the sixth local company to acknowledge a private, growth-oriented round of funding this year. The list includes Guidesly ($9.5M), Spiky.ai ($2.8M), 3AM Innovations ($750,000), Arbol* ($250,000), Refraction* (~$350,000) and Edenesque* ($110,000).
