Sanjukta Das Smith’s research interests include the economics of information systems, market mechanisms for grid computing, storage grids, database management systems and the impact of piracy on digital goods.
She has received a Google Research Award and National Science Foundation grant to study the availability, performance and reliability of cloud computing.
