At our 2019 convention, attendees were encouraged to mingle outside of the conference room—and to take photographs of the gathering. Attention session chairs! We encourage you to organize get-togethers with your presenters. Whether you share a meal or a drink, visiting with your presenters outside of the conference room setting allows you to talk more about your research, explore the topic of your session in greater detail, and get to know your fellow convention participants. 

At our 52nd Annual Convention in Philadelphia, organize get-togethers with your presenters, take a photograph of your gathering, and email it to photos@nemla.org by April 1, 2021, with the names of all attendees. Session chair(s) in the winning photo will receive free convention registration for our 2022 meeting in Baltimore. (Don't forget to propose a session for NeMLA 2022, starting March 2021!)
