Application of the Pharmacists Patient Care Process

Program Description

This program, available to all doctor of pharmacy students, provides recognition of proficiency in fundamental skills necessary for practicing the profession of pharmacy, specifically the pharmacist's patient care process. You will have the opportunity to earn a series of badges that signify that you are "practice-ready" and will be able to effectively compete for a postdoctoral training position or a pharmacist position in your chosen practice area. Program requirements are embedded in PharmD coursework with additional performance requirements in experiential activities or work experience that demonstrate proficiency in applying the pharmacist's patient care process.
