If you oversee an existing micro-credential and need to make a minor change to the description, as it appears on the Offerings page, please click the Website Change Request button below. This form can be used to update the following information: Program Contact Information or Registration URL. Your changes will be made in 2-3 business days.
If you oversee an existing micro-credential and need to make a program revision, please download the micro-credential revision form below. Once you have completed the form, click the Upload Revision Form button to upload the revision form. The Office of Micro-Credentials will review the revision for approval. You will be contacted within one week of submitting the revision form.
