SUNY Distunguished Professor and Samuel Capen Professor of Civil Engineering Michael Constantinou will present on the topic Testing of Seismic Protective System Hardware: Significance, Scaling and Similarity during the Third Kenji Ishihara Colloguium Series on Earthquake Engineering. 

Constantinou's discussion takes place during Part 1 of the series, and will start on May 14 at 3 p.m. (ET). UB Civil, Structural and Environmental Engineering alumna and NIST earthquake engineering group leader Sissy Nikolaou will also present on SSI and Functional Recovery during Part 3 of the series on May 28 at 3 p.m. (ET).
