Nallan Suresh, UB Distinguished Professor of operations management and strategy in the School of Management and associate director of the Stephen Still Institute for Sustainable Transportation and Logistics, was interviewed for a story on WGRZ-TV about how the grocery store industry was caught off guard by the surge of customers reacting to the coronavirus outbreak.
