UB Scholars at Risk Remote Fellowship Program

In addition to the residential fellowships, UB offers Remote SAR Fellowships of variable duration up to one year, specifically for scholars at risk who cannot relocate to the US but whose engagement with UB would be mutually beneficial. The Remote Fellowship may involve consultation with UB faculty, research collaboration and/or access to UB Libraries resources; remote teaching, guest or team teaching, and COIL (Collaborative Online International Learning) courses; or other remote modalities. OIE will help coordinate volunteer appointments, but there will be no central financial commitment. Nominations for SAR Remote Fellowships are accepted on a rolling basis.
