With a rich history spanning two decades, the University at Buffalo's undergraduate programs in the Singapore Institute of Management (SIM), also known as the UB/SIM Program, have flourished from a modest beginning with 50 students in the Bachelor of Science (Business Administration) program in 2004 to a thriving community of 1500 students pursuing baccalaureate degrees in seven diverse majors: Business Administration, Communication, Economics, Geographic Information Science, International Trade, Psychology, and Sociology.
At UB/SIM, we prioritize academic growth, vibrant community, and a unique program culture. Our program offers more than just an enriching educational journey—it connects students to a tight-knit network of nearly 6500 program alumni and a global community of 280,000 UB alumni. Emphasizing interdisciplinary studies, critical thinking, a global perspective, robust communication skills, and fostering a strong sense of community, our program equips students with the necessary tools for success in a diverse and dynamic world.
"Our university is proud of its 25-year partnership with SIM, and the success of our collaborative, fully accredited undergraduate degree programs. Since 2004, we have been preparing highly qualified graduates for exciting careers in Singapore as well as advanced degree programs in Singapore and abroad.
The quality of our teaching and curriculum attracts outstanding students and is reflected in the professional success of thousands of our alumni."
