Picking up an I-20? Looking for assistance with a complex question? Plan your visit accordingly.

Appointments are required through July 2021. Please refer to your e-form request in UB Global for details.

The ISS physical office is open for document pick-up only. For your safety and convenience we offer virtual advising for your immigration-related questions. See our Contact Us page for full details and options.
