Document Pick-up

Due to COVID-19 safety measures ISS currently offers pick-up for select document requests. If pick-up is available for your request you will see the option in the specific e-form on UB Global.

Beginning June 6:

  • Our door will be open 9:00-12:00 and 1:30-4:30, Monday to Thursday.
  • On Fridays our door will be open 9:00-12:00 and 1:30-3:00.
  • Virtual drop-in advising will be available Monday-Thursday.

Requests that do not require a physical print-out will still be processed electronically. For your convenience, those documents will continue to be sent by email.

When do I need to meet with an advisor?

What if I need an updated travel endorsement on my I-20/DS-2019?

Any questions or services that require an International Student Advisor should happen during the dedicated advising hours. 

To request a Travel Endorsement on your I-20/DS-2019

1. Log in to UB Global.  Click on the blue “LOGIN” button and enter your UBIT Name and Password. 

2. F-1 students click on “F-1 Student Services” and J-1 students click on “J-1 Student Services”.

3. F-1 students click on “F-1 Student Services” and select the “Travel Endorsement Request" e-form. J-1 students click on “J-1 Student Services” and select the “Travel Validation Request” e-form.

We recommend that you submit the e-form at least 10 business days before you leave the U.S.
