Picking up an I-20? Looking for assistance with a complex question? Plan your visit accordingly.
During the months of June and July ISS will focus on internal operations for staff to invest targeted time on casework, document issuance, strategic planning and staff development.
Beginning June 5:
ISS offers pick-up for select document requests. If pick-up is available for your request you will see the option in the specific e-form on UB Global.
Requests that do not require a physical print-out will still be processed electronically. For your convenience, those documents will continue to be sent by email.
Visit our contact us page for a comprehensive look at our Fall virtual drop-in advising schedule.
The ISS physical office is open for document pick-up only. For your safety and convenience we offer virtual advising for your immigration-related questions. See our Contact Us page for full details and options.
Any questions or services that require an International Student Advisor should happen during the dedicated advising hours.
If you can't find the answer to your question on our website you may need to meet with an International Student Advisor. Frequently discussed topics include:
1. Log in to UB Global. Click on the blue “LOGIN” button and enter your UBIT Name and Password.
2. F-1 students click on “F-1 Student Services” and J-1 students click on “J-1 Student Services”.
3. F-1 students click on “F-1 Student Services” and select the “Travel Endorsement Request" e-form. J-1 students click on “J-1 Student Services” and select the “Travel Validation Request” e-form.
We recommend that you submit the e-form at least 10 business days before you leave the U.S.
