A message from UB Counseling Services.
UB is a global community of students, faculty and staff with ties to various regions of the world. Counseling Services and International Student Services recognize the traumatic impact that armed conflict can have, even when we are not physically present or directly involved.
The conflict in the Ukraine is undoubtedly impacting the mental health and well-being of our campus community.
Counseling Services and International Student Services extend our support to those affected, particularly those from Eastern Europe, those who have been impacted by war in the past, and those affiliated with the military.
We are here to help students navigate through these difficult times. Please contact Counseling Services at 716-645-2720 and ask to speak to a crisis counselor or view their website to see their array of services. If calling after hours, press 2 to be connected to a counselor.
Employees can visit the Employee Assistance Program website or call: 716-645-4461.
