Western New York Incubator Network (WIN) Embedded Consultants
A program of the WNY Incubator Network (WIN), the Embedded Consultants Program connects scalable, technology-based incubator client companies with outside experts; and cost shares the expense of their services to achieve specific milestones in the companies’ development.
About Western New York Incubator Network (WIN) Embedded Consultants
The program pairs executives, advisors or investors with a venture — adding new knowledge and skillsets to incubator startups. Arrangements can be considered for shorter or longer projects. Embedded Consultants program participants will be eligible for WIN to meet up to 80% of consulting fees.
Potential projects may include:
- Legal: company formation, bylaws, FEIN application, stockholder agreements, stock option planning, employment agreements, NDAs
- Business Planning: business plan development, market research, financial projections, assistance with hiring and incorporation decisions, fundraising
- SBIR Assistance: finding solicitation and agency fit, SBIR process guidance, draft budget, writing assistance, project management, registrations and submission
- Commercialization: pricing research and model development, sales plans, voice of the customer and market research, pitch coaching, marketing plans
Participation and Eligibility
Current WIN incubator clients and graduates are eligible for this program.
