The Advanced Certificate in Nursing Education is designed to be taken concurrently with one of our other nursing graduate degree programs. Non-UB students may apply, but must have completed a master of science in nursing. The certificate prepares nurses as educators, in both the academic and healthcare arenas, and provides an excellent foundation in nursing knowledge, leadership and research skills, and adult educational theory and strategies.
