TFETP program is recruiting talented FET & Foreign English Teaching Assistant. The TFETP have two centers which assist in the recruitment and professional development for the foreign English teachers and teaching assistants, and also supervise them after they are assigned to the program’s school.

Applicants must:
- be from a nation where the official or common language is English
- hold a bachelor’s degree or above from an accredited university or college
- provide a nationwide police check/clearance
Applicants for the Foreign English Teacher positions must additionally meet one of the following requirements for teaching qualifications:
- Hold a state-issued teaching license or certificate.
- Have taught English courses in accredited foreign schools for more than one year, or have served as a full-time teaching assistant of English courses in domestic public schools that participate in MOE's program for more than one year, and have met one of the following requirements:
- Hold a bachelor’s degree or above in education, English or a related field, and have studied English language teaching methods, teaching assessment, introduction to second language learning and trial teaching for more than 120 hours.
- Hold a TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages) certificate, TEFL (Teaching English as a Foreign Language) certificate or CELTA (Certificate of English Language Teaching to Adults) certificate
