NHSC Scholarship Program

Overview

The National Health Service Corps (NHSC) Scholarship Program awards scholarships to students pursuing an eligible training or degree program for a primary care health profession. In return, scholars commit to providing primary care health services in Health Professional Shortage Areas (HPSAs).

As a scholar, you will join a network of thousands of current and former NHSC clinicians and provide primary health care services to communities in need. This program pays for full-time enrollment in an eligible degree or training program for four years of school.
