Project description

This student-led course will discuss the rise, fall, and reincorporation of Third Places in a global and queer context. At the end of the semester. we will hold our own event where we will showcase projects from the class and the UB community. Students will study global, queer third places, and create third places of their own to present and celebrate their creative and research projects on this topic.

Project outcome

Students will study global, queer third places, and create third places of their own to present and celebrate their creative and research projects on this topic. Ideally we will create communal spaces for imagining and socializing.
