Music is a universal language that unites and heals communities. Its role in promoting good mental health is great and essential. Benjamin Spartos is using music to change mindsets around mental health issues and support people battling these challenges
Benjamin Spartos is a recording/performing artist, singer/songwriter and philanthropist who believes in the power of music in promoting good mental health.
He envisions a healthy community united by love and this is achieved by nurturing that love in the heart of humanity through positive music. Benjamin is determined to reduce the knowledge gap in the mental health sector and support those that are victims to mental health conditions. This is achieved through production and promotion of songs (audio and video), organizing online discussions to create awareness on mental health issues and online performances.
