The Experiential Learning Network’s Project Portal is the place for all students—any major and any class year—to explore exciting opportunities for hands-on experience and build your skills. The best time to start is early—even during Freshman year! The ELN recommends learning more about the Project Portal and how to get started though this short video introduction.

Once you find a project you’re interested in, simply email the project mentor to express your interest and share your goals. UB really does make it that easy to get connected to unique opportunities and experiences to support your future career. Take a look at what other students have done to get inspired!

If you have more questions before getting started, you can attend a Project Workshop. You can also make an appointment with an ELN staff member by selecting the following options from the Appointment module in Navigate: Student Support > Experiential Learning Network Appointments.
