The Distinguished Visiting Scholars program provides scholars and artists of exceptional accomplishment a unique opportunity to join a cohort of visiting faculty—and the entire UB campus and local community—to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Distinguished Visiting Scholars will hold full-time, salaried, temporary (one-year) appointments in the Center for Diversity Innovation program with a departmental host affiliation. This program has a requirement that Scholars be in residence during their visit. These positions are benefits eligible.
