A majority of teams in organizations fail. This workshop focuses on two of the most important factors that determine team performance: information sharing and leadership. Drawing on the literatures on teams and leadership we experience and understand why teams fail and what actions a leader can take so as to enhance team effectiveness. The workshop will involve team activities and lecture.
