Team science is defined as "a collaborative effort to address a scientific challenge that leverages the strengths and expertise of professionals trained in different fields." The key to successful team science is the strength of the collaborative effort. Although conceptually simple, creating and maintaining an effective team can be a challenging task.
Many tools are available to support team collaboration. This talk will review several approaches derived from the decision sciences that are both readily accessible and have been successfully implemented in a variety of settings
