Rick Steinberg joined the UB School of Management as Executive-in-Residence in Leadership in March of 2016. In this role, Dr. Steinberg is working with the UB Center for Leadership and Organizational Effectiveness (CLOE) to provide coaching and other organization development support for CLOE programs, as well as providing coaching and support for other School of Management programs.

The workshop will provide participants with an understanding of what mentoring is and isn't; how mentoring has changed over the years; benefits for the mentor, mentee and the organization; and what is required to be a good mentor and mentee. Those interested in finding a mentor will also receive tips on the best strategies for doing this.
