Thank you for your interest in the University at Buffalo’s Undergraduate Research Conference. Our annual conference is an exciting platform for students interested in graduate school to demonstrate their knowledge and talents to an audience drawn from all over the nation.

No! All undergraduates are welcome to attend this conference. This conference is also open to graduate students, program staff, faculty and graduate school representatives; however, only undergraduate students are invited to present.
Absolutely, but it is very important that you notify us on your registration! If something changes after you have already completed your registration, please let us know.
Payments can be made by check, money order, purchase order or credit card (e.g., Master Card, VISA, Discover, American Express). We offer a small discount for early bird registration. Please check back for dates.
Registration fees paid in advance are refundable (less a processing charge of $200) after the conference if written notice of cancellation is received/faxed on or before our specified deadline. No requests for refunds or reductions in registration totals will be accepted after this deadline. Written cancellations must be faxed or emailed to Dr. Susan J.
