Unit-Level Coordinators are responsible for managing course evaluations at the unit level.
While there will be a university-wide communications effort for the promotion and delivery of course evaluations, each unit should also develop a communications plan.
The coordinators serve as the first line of communication between instructors, staff and students regarding the course evaluation process and are an active part of campus-wide operations.
Each unit can customize course evaluations through the addition of up to 10 custom questions tailored specifically to their own programs and initiatives.
Administrators are responsible for organizing these questions and assigning them to courses being evaluated.
In light of recent email phishing attempts purporting to be from UB Course Evaluations, we would like to remind everyone that official UBCE correspondence will come from Vice Provost for Academic Affairs Graham Hammill.
