Resources for Faculty and Staff

    • Health verification form. Employees reporting to work on campus are required to attest on a daily basis that they are free of COVID-19 symptoms by completing an online form.
    • Out-of-state travel notification. An executive order from the governor’s office requires individuals to quarantine for 14 days after traveling for 24 hours or longer to states that have a high test rate for COVID-19.
    • Downloadable signage updated. The printable posters and digital signage for promoting health and safety practices around campus have been recently updated. Previously downloaded files should be replaced with these revised versions.
