UB’s Office of Equity, Diversity and Inclusion is urging all UB employees to review the university’s Discrimination and Harassment Policy and complete the online training program, Unlawful Harassment Prevention.

Through the training program, which addresses sexual harassment and other forms of unlawful harassment, employees can refresh and improve their knowledge of the Discrimination and Harassment Policy, which provides a procedure through which any member of the UB community can report discrimination and harassment.

The policy has been updated to incorporate a revised Student Bill of Rights for situations involving domestic violence, dating violence, stalking and sexual assault. It also now includes familial status and gender expression as covered protected bases.

Those who complete the online training program will receive a certificate of completion.
