Regular tickets for the Brian Wilson Pet Sounds 50th Anniversary Concert scheduled for Sept. 28 in the Center for the Arts’ Mainstage theater have sold out.

General public regular tickets went on sale at 10 a.m. on Jan. 29 and were sold out by 3:30 a.m. on Jan. 30, making the concert the fastest sell-out in the Center for the Arts’ 21-year history and beating the previous record held by Bonnie Raitt in 2015.

“Our fall 2015 season was tremendously successful, with more sold-out events than ever before,” says Thomas Burrows, CFA executive director. “We are pleased to continue the upward trajectory with this legendary artist performing one of popular music’s most influential and revered albums.”

The CFA also announced the Tedeschi Trucks Band will appear at the CFA May 7 and 8 for the band’s first-ever, two-night engagement in Buffalo. The May 7 concert already is approaching a sell-out. For details and tickets, visit the CFA’s website.
