  Course Description
This course is designed, in conjunction with the student's culminating clinical internship of at least 600 hours, to provide an opportunity to apply the principles of effective school and district leadership, and to provide sufficient breadth of experience so that students may better focus their career plans. Through an examination of effective leadership characteristics, case studies of ethical leadership and decision making, and discussion of challenges of leaders in today's schools, students will have the opportunity to share and reflect upon their clinical experiences, and demonstrate their ability to apply theoretical learning to improving professional practice. Prerequisite(s): Permission of the Clinical Advisory Committee.
