Enrollment Requirements


Prerequisites: Students who completed NTR 108 prior to Fall 2016 must enroll in both NTR 109 and NTR 110 in the same semester.


Course Description


NTR 109 emphasizes individual, clinical, social and applied aspects of nutrition, including food labeling, diet analysis, supplements, food sustainability and food allergies. Covers additional aspects of health and nutrition such as hypertension, osteoporosis, obesity, cancer and cardiovascular disease.
