In the online course, `University Chorus: Fundamentals of Singing¿, students will receive instruction on the basics of solo and ensemble singing, such as breath, posture, tone production, basic pitch and rhythm reading, and vocal pedagogy. This online vocal training course focuses on introducing students to the fundamentals of singing and includes guest lectures on Alexander Technique, basic music-reading skills, and vocal training. Students will receive group and individual coaching on their vocal quality, tone production, breathing, and music-learning abilities, with a limited number of individual vocal coaching sessions per semester.
