  Course Description
This course studies the U.S. monetary system including roles of financial institutions, financial markets, commercial banking, the creation of money, the Federal Reserve Banks, and monetary policy. It also covers the macroeconomic relationships among money, interest rates, inflation, and gross domestic product.
