| Course Description |
|
|
| For Chinese heritage students whose family language is can speak Mandarin or any local dialect of Chinese but have only a little or no formal training of knowledge of reading and writing in Chinese. Students taking this course are not permitted to enroll in CHI 101 - CHI 102 and vice versa. Students who read Chinese, but who speak ¿dialects,¿ such as Cantonese or Amoy, should enroll in CHI201 and up. It is NOT open to native speakers. Students taking this course are not permitted to enroll in CHI 191 or CHI 194-CHI 195, and vice versa. |
