  Course Description
The course will introduce students to state-of-the-art data-analysis methodology in which mathematics plays a crucial role. Topics that will be covered may include page rank, community detection, spectral clustering, manifold learning, persistent homology, tensor decompositions, and deep learning. Students will be required to complete both hand-written and Python-based coding assignments.
