  Course Description
Studies basic radiation physics, including atomic structure, radioactivity, properties of ionizing radiation, interaction with matter, and principles of basic radiation detection devices. This course is the same as BIO 461 and course repeat rules will apply. Students should consult with their major department regarding any restrictions on their degree requirements.
