Sachs Schools School Board Association on Public Speaking

On October 27, 2016, Dr. Andrew Sachs, Assistant Professor in the Department of Communication, gave a workshop on public speaking to 200 members of the New York State School Board Association who are in Buffalo this weekend for their annual conference. The audience consisted primarily of elected officials who serve as school board members, presidents, and superintendents in various districts across the state. After the workshop, Sachs spoke on a roundtable panel on public speaking with former Lt. Governor Robert Duffy and Lauren Dixon, CEO of Dixon-Schwabl Advertising.
