Students showcase research in annual poster competition

On April 28, several Department of Anthropology undergradute students showcased their research projects in the Student Union to department faculty and the university community at the 3rd Annual Undergraduate Poster Competition. Drs. Stephen Lycett, Vasiliki Neofotistos, and Douglas Perrelli judged this year's competition.

Timothy Semon was named the competition winner for his project, "Assessing the need for orthodontic treatment in the Erie County Poorhouse population." 

Second place honor was given to Brendan Kerr for his project, "Erie County Health Disparities by Race and Economic Status."

Ashley Cercone and Leslie Crane received honorable mention awards.
