Your Housing Agreement

At UB, we will work with you to try and accommodate requests to change your housing assignment. However, these changes may take time, and are not always possible due to room availability and other considerations.

If you need to stay on campus at UB during fall break, winter break or spring break, we can help.

At UB, we understand that your housing needs may change. Unlike off-campus apartments, UB gives you the flexibility to cancel your housing agreement if you study abroad or leave the university. 

For your convenience, on-campus housing costs are billed directly to your UB student account each semester.
