Welcome to Campus

Welcome to UB and to living on-campus. UB is more than a place to live. It’s a community where you belong. We are proud to offer a safe, supportive and comfortable living environment where students are encouraged to appreciate diversity, act with civility and treat others with dignity at all times. Wherever you are coming from, welcome to your home away from home.

To help you get acclimated to campus, We encourage you to review our website. You can easily search and discover many of the most frequently asked questions about life on campus.

You may be arriving before the opening of your residence hall or apartment to attend orientation. Prior to the official move-in day, campus will be very quiet, but give it just a few days and you will meet many of the nearly 8,000 students who make up our on-campus community.

Living on-campus is a great way to meet many other students and get involved in campus life as many activities are nearby. Our community is an active and social place to be.
