Take a yoga class with your friends. Work out almost any time, day or night. Or go for a hike, right on campus. At UB, you can do it all.
Campus Living is excited to offer a new service, FitnessOnDemand FLEX.
Now all on-campus residents have access to the Fitness On Demand app and website so that you can access videos anywhere. FLEX is designed for use outside the gym and was built to stream workouts through the FitnessOnDemand mobile app or a web browser. You will have access to the same 375+ workout videos spanning all genres that they would have if they were standing in the studio in front of the TV. Only now, you can use it in your own home, outdoors, traveling, etc.
All you need to do is sign up with your UB email address and the code UBBulls to keep fit, be well, and stay safe!
As New York State guidance on the operation of fitness centers continues to evolve we are carefully considering how we might reopen these facilities safely. Updates to our services will be posted to this website.
