Fitness Classes On Demand

Great workouts, on your schedule, in your room.

Campus Living is excited to offer a new service, FitnessOnDemand FLEX.

Now all on-campus residents have access to the Fitness On Demand app and website so that you can access videos anywhere. FLEX is designed for use outside the gym and was built to stream workouts through the FitnessOnDemand mobile app or a web browser.  You will have access to the same 375+ workout videos spanning all genres that they would have if they were standing in the studio in front of the TV. Only now, you can use it in your own home, outdoors, traveling, etc.

All you need to do is sign up with your UB email address and the code UBBulls to keep fit, be well, and stay safe!

At your residence hall fitness center, you’ll find:

Apartment Residents

Hadley Village Apartments has a small fitness center located in the community building. Students in any of our apartments also have access to campus fitness and recreation centers throughout UB, including including Alumni Arena and Clark Hall. 

  • South Lake Village Apartments: 5-minute walk to Alumni Arena
  • Flint Village Apartments: 10-minute walk to Alumni Arena
  • Creekside Village Apartments: 10-minute walk to Ellicott Complex Fitness Center, or take the free shuttle to Alumni Arena
  • Flickinger Village Apartments: Take the free shuttle to Alumni Arena

Outdoor Recreation

Ready to enjoy the great outdoors? Go for a hike in Letchworth Woods, watch the wildlife at Lake LaSalle, or get some friends together at the stone patio behind Greiner Hall, which is available to all students who live on campus. (Please contact the Greiner Hall office to reserve the space. If you are looking to reserve the grill, you must acquire a food permit and provide at least 15 days advanced notice.)
