All-Inclusive Rates

At UB, your rates include electricity, internet, laundry and much more. Our housing agreements are either academic year or full year. And unlike off-campus apartments, UB offers flexible housing agreements for students who study abroad or need to change their housing arrangements. When you compare costs, it’s easy to see how you can save money by living on campus.

A Community of Communities

The Ellicott Complex is UB’s largest housing complex. It houses approximately 3,200 students and is divided into six buildings, or quadrangles (Fargo, Porter, Red Jacket, Richmond, Spaulding and Wilkeson), each with its own activities and events. Dormitory-style rooms vary from one to four-person rooms in each building. Ellicott offers general and specialty housing, including areas designated for first-year students (management, health, social sciences and first-year exploration), as well as gender-inclusive housing.

Safe. Comfortable. Convenient.
