There’s always something happening at UB, usually just steps from your door—and for free! See some of today’s hottest bands. Play video games. Take a cooking class. Or cheer on your favorite UB Bulls team.
When you live on-campus, you’ll find a full schedule of social events in your building and around UB. Our staff put together dozens of programs each semester designed to help you meet new friends. And for upperclass students in our apartments, you’ll appreciate the planned events in your community building, which serves as a gathering place for the entire complex.
Lip-sync battles. Free food. Card games. Foam pits. Sound like a good time? Then you’ll love Late Night UB, which offers alcohol-free events where you can relax and have fun with your friends in a safe, comfortable environment—without ever leaving campus.
Want to walk to a concert from your residence hall or apartment? You can at UB. Our Center for the Arts attracts some of the biggest names in entertainment. Our popular Distinguished Speakers Series brings renowned leaders to campus each semester. Recent visitors include Stephen Colbert, the Dalai Lama, Al Gore, Toni Morrison, Colin Powell and Jon Stewart.
From world-class art galleries to the World’s Largest Disco, you’ll find more attractions and events than you can imagine—all just a short drive or bus ride from campus. Gaze in wonder at Niagara Falls (just 20 minutes away), or take in the excitement of an NFL game. It’s all right here.
